KPJ Healthcare Berhad, Malaysia's premier private healthcare provider, boasts a formidable market presence. However, its hospitals currently grapple with outdated digital infrastructure, resulting in predominantly manual and offline customer journeys. This has led to declining customer satisfaction, particularly due to prolonged waiting times and inefficient processes. 
This project endeavours to elevate KPJ's status by spearheading the creation of a patient-centric smart hospital experience, transcending the confines of traditional hospital visits.
